Payments, Fulfillment and Refunds
Overview
At Anvil Tax Inc., we strive to provide a seamless and secure payment experience for our clients. We offer Stripe as a payment gateway, so you can pay for our services by credit or debit card.

How to make a payment
- Proposal and invoice: you will receive a proposal with an invoice through TaxDome from Anvil Tax Inc.
- Engagement link and signature: click the engagement link to review and sign. It is emailed to you and sent through your TaxDome account.
- Payment details: enter your card information when prompted. You will be taken to the secure Stripe payment page.
- Confirmation: once your payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Security and privacy
Your payment security is our top priority. Stripe uses advanced encryption and fraud prevention tools to protect your information. We do not store your card details on our servers. All payment information is processed through Stripe.
Delivery of services
Our services are delivered electronically through the TaxDome platform. After payment, you will receive access to the purchased services as outlined in the proposal. Services are delivered on the timelines in your engagement agreement.
Service cancellation
You may cancel your engagement subscription at any time. If you cancel, you agree to a cancellation fee of 70 percent of total monthly fees or 960 dollars, whichever is lower. We do not provide refunds for partial-month membership periods.
Refund policy
If we have no contact with you for 3 months or longer, we may issue a disengagement letter, which ends our engagement.
All payments are nonrefundable. There are no refunds or credits for partially used periods or completed work.
Dispute resolution
If you have a problem with a payment, contact us at team@anvil.tax or (971) 368-2646. If there is a dispute, we will work with Stripe to resolve it promptly.
